Restroom Trailer Rental Cost Estimator
Restroom trailer pricing is famously opaque — most rental sites say "call for a quote." In reality, a 2-stall trailer runs about $1,999–$2,499 for an event, a 4-stall $1,450–$2,799, and larger units $2,799–$5,000, before season and extras. Set your options below for a realistic range.
This is an estimate from published 2025–2026 pricing, not a quote — independent local rental providers price your exact date, site, and delivery distance.
How this works
Base rates come from 2025–2026 pricing published by rental providers and industry cost guides (Stahla, Satellite Industries, Mobile Thrones, Throne Depot, ViP To Go): 2-stall trailers at $1,999–$2,499 per event, 4-stall at $1,450–$2,799, 6–10 stall units at $2,799–$5,000 per day, luxury single VIP units at $400–$800 per day, and 28-day long-term rentals from $5,299–$9,999. Weekly rates are interpolated between the event and 28-day tiers, since few providers publish them.
On top of the base rate we apply the seasonal swing providers actually charge — May through October runs 15–30% above off-season — and add published adder ranges for the extras: ADA-accessible upgrades (which also carry higher setup and pickup fees), on-site attendants, and generator rental sized to a 30-amp trailer (3,600W minimum to run climate control). Delivery ($3–$4 per loaded mile) and itemized setup/pickup fees vary too much by provider and distance to estimate as line items, so we surface them as notes.
For sizing context, the 1-stall-per-50-guests baseline (with alcohol adding about 20% and event-type divisors ranging from 100 guests per stall for ceremonies down to 40 for dinner receptions) determines which size you're pricing — run the size calculator first if you're unsure. Most weddings land in a $1,250–$3,000 all-in budget. This is a planning range, not a quote: local providers price your exact date, delivery distance, and site logistics.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to rent a restroom trailer for a wedding?
Most weddings budget $1,250–$3,000 all-in. A 2-stall trailer typically runs $1,999–$2,499 for an event weekend, and a 4-stall $1,450–$2,799, before delivery and peak-season premiums. May–October dates run 15–30% higher, so off-season weddings save real money.
What's included in the rental price?
It varies — that's why quotes are essential. Some providers bundle delivery, setup, and pickup into the event rate; others itemize them (setup around $1,499 and pickup around $999 where listed separately, higher for ADA units), plus $3–$4 per loaded mile for delivery. Always ask what the quoted number covers.
Why are May–October rentals more expensive?
Wedding and event season concentrates demand into roughly six months, so providers charge 15–30% more and popular Saturdays book out months in advance. If your date is flexible, November–April rentals cost less and availability is far better.
Do I need a generator with my restroom trailer?
Only if the site can't provide power within about 50 feet. Small trailers need one or two dedicated 20-amp circuits; larger units need 30–50 amp service. If not, a 3,600W+ generator (roughly $150–$400 per day) will run a 30-amp trailer including air conditioning.
